Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after successful order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is generally 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Regional restrictions
- High order volume
- Unexpected logistics issues
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout. We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotions, or order values.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared by SMS, email, or WhatsApp, if available.
5. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and phone number at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.
6. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)
If an order is undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to origin (RTO).
In such cases:
- Prepaid orders may be eligible for refund after deducting applicable shipping or handling charges, if any
- Re-shipping may require additional shipping charges
- Cash on Delivery orders returned due to refusal or failed delivery may not be eligible for re-shipping without prepaid confirmation

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
