At Trandybuy, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests only for eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original condition
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
- Not fall under the non-returnable category below

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Used items
- Customized or personalized products
- Hygiene-sensitive items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items specifically marked as non-returnable

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Parcel opening video, if available

After verification, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Store credit

4. Return Approval

Do not return any product without prior approval from our support team. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:
- A damaged item
- A defective item
- A wrong item sent by us

7. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the issue reported and return verification. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another suitable method.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under the return policy.
